What Does Staging Cost?
Obviously you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a home you are leaving. I focus on ‘placement over purchase’, to maximize what you have and minimize financial outlay. I shop your home to find pieces that we can reuse first.
I offer many levels of services to fit in any budget:
Staging Consultation $200
A consultation and walk through of the home. This is followed by a detailed written report of action items to help you stage the home yourself.
Hands on Staging
If you aren’t interested in DIY, I can complete the list for you. An estimate can be given after the walk through.
Furniture/Accessory Rental
I also have an inventory of furniture and accessories available, if needed, or for vacant homes.
The cost of staging is very often less than a price reduction on your home.
